More felted purses

With winter I won't be out and about as much. Leaves me more time to enjoy my knitting.
I am becoming addicted to felting. Today I completed another purse. I used a wool which when felted became very fuzzy. Reynolds Lopi Original.....The picture is upside down as the purse is still drying.

I want to thank the following people who came to my rescue when I yelled.....Janet B., Ariel, Wilma, Mona and Benita....Couldn't have done it without you.

I think I've got the hand of it now.....on to other projects. Just wish someone would open a yarn shop closer to home.

My felted purse

I just made my first felted purse.......one picture shows it before the "washing"......the second is after......wow.....I love this felting.....had lots of help for the great ladies on HookandNeedles.

I think I could quickly become addicted to this. A great pattern I found on the internet.

I recently made a trip to Topeka, Kansas
to visit family. Of course it was the
perfect chance to look for yarn.
Since it was pouring down rain I took shelter in a Hobby Lobby, made sense to me. Good thing the rain stopped or I would have run out of money. The yellow tote bag is crochet. The green scarf is knit. It's been 35 years since I've knitted so I'm learning all over again.

From the look of the pictures I should be taking a photography class....hope you enjoy them.
